JOHN P. INSERRA

John is the managing partner of the Firm and received his law degree from Creighton University in 1976. John is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nebraska and the United States District Courts for the District of Nebraska and Colorado. His practice emphasizes FELA litigation (representing injured railroad employees) and all other areas of personal injury law.
John and wife, Beth, an interior designer with Beth Putnam Interiors, reside in the Dundee area. They have two children. Jeff is an attorney for the Firm. Heather is a graduate of UNL and works for Ameritrade Corporation.
John's hobbies outside the Firm include all sports, golf, movies, plays, and cooking.

CRAIG L. KELLEY

Craig became a partner with Inserra & Kelley, Attorneys At Law in 1993. Craig received his law degree from Creighton University in 1986 and is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Nebraska and Iowa. Craig's practice emphasizes all of personal injury law, with a large emphasis on motorcycle related cases and claims.
Craig and his wife, Kerry, an Industrial Engineer at Stratcom Headquarters (Offutt Air Base), reside in the Dundee area of Omaha with their two sons, Christopher and Brendan, and daughter, Caitlin. Christopher attends Creighton Preparatory High School, while Brendan and Caitlin attend St. Margaret Mary School.
Craig is also the co-owner of Stereo West Auto Toys, the owner of Kelley Auto Racing Management Advisors (K.A.R.M.A.), former General Manager of Nebraska Raceway Park (now I-80 Speedway), and former owner of Omaha's long-time race track, Sunset Speedway.
Craig also enjoys riding on his Harley Road King Classic, vintage Porsches, golfing, and coaching his children's many sporting activities.
Craig, and Inserra & Kelley, are designated legal counsel of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.), the Nebraska State H.O.G. Rally, and are also the designated legal counsel for most motorcycle chapters in the surrounding area. A list of these chapters includes, but is not limited to:

Randy received his Paralegal degree in 1995 and has been with the Firm since 1996. He is originally from Dodge, Nebraska and has lived in the Omaha area since 1985.
Randy and Eileen reside in Elkhorn with their two daughters, Shelby, age 14, who attends Marian High School, and Carly, age 12, attends St. Patrick's in Elkhorn NE. Randy enjoys most sports, camping, coaching his daughter's sporting teams, and spending time with his family.

CHRISTINA L. KOCH, ACP

Paralegal
Christina L. Koch, ACP, is an Advanced Certified Paralegal and Trial Practice Specialist. She received her paralegal degree in 1991. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and is a National Dean's List Scholar. Christi joined the firm of Inserra & Kelley in 2002 and has over 20 years experience in the legal field. She is a member of the Nebraska Paralegal Association, National Association of Legal Assistants, Arkansas Paralegal Association, National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and a paralegal affiliate of the American Association for Justice. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Paralegal Association and serves as the Nebraska Paralegal Association Liaison to the National Association of Legal Assistants. Christi was honored in the Paralegal Superstar Calendar of the nationwide Paralegal Gateway for March of 2008. She has been a seminar instructor locally and nationally on various litigation topics, including trial preparation, evidence and exhibits, and document control. She has authored several articles for various paralegal magazines and is the founder of the Nebraska Paralegals list serve.
Christi and her husband, Allen Koch, reside in Omaha, Nebraska with their toy poodle, Husker, and miniature dachshund, Herbie. She enjoys reading, freelance writing, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
